Unable to remove annoying blue prompt

How can I remove the blue prompt which looks like this on Windows 11? I have it when doing random things. It sometimes shows up stating Windows will be shut down in some minutes and I'm about to be signed out. I already disabled all notifications and I still have it.

This doesn't have to do with Windows Update since it never shows up after installing updates. It happens in a certain situation, although I don't recall it.

You never set a shutdown, or used a shutdown bat? One thing to try is to open a command prompt as Administrator and type

shutdown -a > Enter

I don't know, and if I did, it was a program that ran it and not me directly. Anyway, what matters is that I want to fix this issue so I don't know why are you asking that in the first place. I have to recall what causes this. I guess that a program/setting which I don't remember sets a shutdown.

IIRC, it shows up after agreeing to install a MSI Center update after running that program. I find it odd that is the only program I use to set a shutdown like this one.

If it only runs after that update, the update must require a restart...odd way to do it if so. Usually a program will just tell you installation requires a restart and ask you if you want to do it now

I asked you about shutdown of shutdown bat because that's what usually causes that notification

Yes, that's precisely because of that I find it odd.

But that way it would be me to create another one and I wouldn't be able to know which causes the the other one. Anyway, I guess MSI Center sets one but don't the other programs we mentioned do it too, although in a different way?

I remember Kaspersky making a blue prompt to show stating to renew the license so apparently there are blue prompts regarding other things than shutdowns.

It seems these prompts are no longer blue in recent Windows 11 versions. How can I prevent them from appearing?

To check the Task Scheduler, type in task Scheduler in the search bar and open it. Then, on the right side, click on Display all running tasks. Note: If you find nothing unusual, you can repeat this right after receiving the blue reminder again. On my PC, I see running AVG, Wininet Cache task object, FireStore, (4) NahimicTasks, and SystemSoundsService. You will probably have some of them just like these. If a running task is causing the PC to shut down, this will show them to you.

Like I said, I no longer have blue prompts.

Yes, I think some programs create a restart task (and maybe Windows Update as well) and disabling notifications don't prevent this prompt from appearing.

I only have CacheTask and SystemSoundsService and currently I think I only have the new prompts after installing MSI Center for the first time and/or installing an update to it. Maybe it also happens with certain Windows events, like Windows Update. What do these (CacheTask and SystemSoundsService) tasks to?

MSI Center no longer makes the blue prompt to appear but now another one saying the PC will be restarted in a minute appears after installing MSI Center and choosing to restart Windows to finish its install (it looks like this but it's white). How can I prevent this new prompt from appearing?

I can tell you that this prompt appears if you reset the network card in settings. I also find it annoying, because I would prefer if it shut down immediately.

Maybe it can't be disabled and it appears because a program or Windows setting creates a restart task?

I'm not convinced of that - I suspect it is more to do with the clients of business networks - to give the user a chance to save important documents to allow for an elegant shut down.

I don't know what does MSI Center have to do with that as well as my network but my Windows 11 restarted immediately, not after a single minute.
