That would have triggered a manual reactivation as MS detects it being a different machine. The only suggestion I have is to use activation troubleshooter to see if it's of any help. Activation will probably bomb with the presence of KMS as well as the fact Microsoft no longer honors 7 or 8 keys in activating 10 or 11.
