UUP Dump Error on Website

Where are you running it from?
I personally wouldn't use a Windows system folder.

Do you have a backup drive?
Create a folder (e.g. UUP) on the root of that drive and run it as Administrator.
That is what I do. I extract the zip to the same named folder first then change the folder name to something simpler (e.g. UUP) and run the batch file as admin.

I'm not sure what could be blocking access to the internet.
You'll have to look at your system and see if you have any third party firewalls or security software running. Or even if you have a custom HOSTS file.

The UUP (Unified Update Platform) Generation Project (v2.4.18) [by @rgadguard & whatever127] isn't the same as uupdump.net. But works. I found it usually behind the uupdump.net. Being A windows insider, I use several PC's with a variety of OS's and have to use the uup sites. I prefer uupdump.net
I think the old UUPDUMP site is now definitely MIA. For a while there was a UUPDUMP.ee (estonia) but that seems to have gone quiet too. The rgadguard site is still soldiering on though.

However : uupdump.ee back up and running now.

uupdump.ee works as a clone of uupdump.net

Yes, but I tried to research the problem and I got so many different opinions. I have used UUP (Unified Update Platform) Generation Project (v2.4.18) [by @rgadguard & whatever127] longer than I used the uupdump.net. The later usually had releases a few days earlier. I am a retired old guy and computers became my hobby. I am an Insider for the last several years and pester MS with feedback. One of my machines is normal W11 update, but I experiment using not qualified PC to play out preview OS's. Works great except for the bugs they forget to work out. Ever since 25941, they have had blank icon issues that actually still function but are blank on desktop. They replied to my post with normal statement "We are working on it, thank you." I only have 23 insider badges but that is kool. I don't experiment and fuss for badges. In the beginning, a person had to be good enough to use registry and modify it to accept W11. Then came Mr. Rufus. Too easy now.

Use the classic site now in estonia (.ee) if you need uupdump -- the old one has gone for good I think.

Thanks, I will look there. I have read a thread elsewhere that MS is faulting the sites. Oh well, we will always find a way to accomplish.

uupdump.ee works as a clone of uupdump.net

WARNING: uupdump.ee is NOT an official clone of the original UUPdump.net. Don't take my word for it, sign in to the official UUP dump Discord channel and read for yourself.

1697367945412.png

It appears that someone has loaded up the UUP dump APP on a web server in Estonia, you can tell that is the case as only the app has that 'add build' option. This app is intended to be downloaded and run as a localhost on your own PC. For instruction on how to get the latest version follow the #main link in the post above: Discord - UUP dump - #main

For those who are not Discord users, this is what you'd see:

1694575863385-png.70885

These are the links: and instructions:

How to get latest builds:
  1. Download and extract local server: uupdump-x64.7z for 64-bit Windows OS; uupdump-x86.7z for 32-bit Windows OS.
  2. Run uupdump-run-apache.cmd script: it will start the local server and open UUP dump website in your default web browser.
  3. Use Quick options on the home page if you want to get any current 22621+ client build.
or3.1 Use + New build feature to get any latest build on any channel. For example: try to fetch 19045.1 build on Retail channel if you want to get latest Windows 10 22H2 build.3.2. Alternatively you can run uupdump-get-fileinfo+packs.cmd script: it will try to get latest builds from MSFT in about 7-10 minutes. How to get old build (for example Windows 11 22000.65 x64):
  1. Download and extract uupdump-x64.7z for 64-bit Windows OS; uupdump-x86.7z for 32-bit Windows OS.
  2. Edit .\uup-dump\website\config.ini config file and enable fetch_sync_current_only=true option.
  3. Run uupdump-run-apache.cmd and open local UUP dump website in your web browser.
  4. Click on the + New build button on the top left corner and fetch your "new" build: x64 / amd64 | Retail | 22000.65 | Pro --> Next.

Stay up to date. The UUP dump APP is continually being updated, it was last updated to v1.6.3 on 13th October as can be seen from the Mega download link above.

Apparently the .ee site is not using the latest build of UUP dump. This is at the bottom of their page....

....and this is from the current UUP dump APP running on my PC.

fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update, and 24H2 on 3rd October 2024 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 24H2.
