have an hp laptop with windows 11. Since installing the latest version 23H2, it no longer accepts input from the keyboard. No matter what I try, like updating keyboard driver, uninstalling keyboard driver, it's all useless. Is it possible to get 22H2? That was the last version where my keyboard worked. But the media creation tool only allows 24H2. Thanks in advance.

Will the machine work with a USB keyboard or Wireless keyboard with a USB dongle that comes with it? When I see hardware issues with Notebooks I boot to a Linux LiveUSB drive for testing. Could also be a choice was made during install for a different/additional keyboard.
