Microsoft Defender will block all batch scripts that can be used to run lolbins.

abbodi's script for integrating Language Packs and CU's into W10/11 ISO's. It's highly regarded if you're not already using another Windows modding tool.

Unfortunately a lot of Windows tools related to advanced image building always get flagged by security software. His script includes "borrowed" copies of some MS tools and DLL's, so you don't have to download the Windows ADK to make new ISO's.
