W11 22H2 won't install without internet connection

Good evening
Today I downloaded the new ISO W11 22H2 and I noticed that an internet connection is required to continue the installation, it never happened to me in the previous versions.
I need to isntall in places where there is no network connection, is it possible through somehow solve this inconvenience?

As @bobkn 's link shows, the oobe\bypassnro is the official solution, even though they do not openly advertise it. It was introduced for companies who have to have air-gapped pcs for security purposes, or for use say in laboratories etc.
