Anyone installed this on a old Lenovo Thinkpad t440p or t540p
botn work perfect on Win 10.

Yes you can, if you do the workaround to bypass Both of those requirements, as per (quickly random searched) this website

I tested it and it works for me to install it, where otherwise I could not because I did get the known error prompts because of those missing requirements.
