As for this thread. Most people would read the popup, delete their cookes, try again. Just like it said.
And the redirects were most likely server end errors not client end. Because the address healthy.kaiserpermanente.org redirects (defaults) to healthy.kaiserpermanente.org/front-door
Also, check the shortcut you made. Make sure it’s the “front-door” address.
