What Games Are You Playing?


I suppose its also in reference to what kind of games you play as well, Im a jack of all trades, Id genuinely laugh myself into the ground trying to play a sim racing game on a mouse and keyboard xD. But i do play a bit of everything, Some games MB is the way to go, Some games the xbox controller is the way to go. Im not saying the games that id use the xbox controller for are unplayable on MB, Not at all, Theres a few i know for a fact itd cause some issues with and vice versa, I couldnt imagine playing an RTS game or an FPS competitively on an xbox controller but i couldnt imagine playing fifa, racing games, even games like AC(Again i know you can but for sure the controllers more fluid in that particular example).

I really enjoyed cyberpunk, i played on launch and put in around 100 hours or so and finished, I still felt that i wasn't done with the game world yet and i wanted there to be more, Yeah there was some bugs etc but i really didn't have any that were game breaking.
Ive seen from recent updates etc that its currently in a much much better state than it was which makes me wanna download it and play through again after the latest patch, Not sure whether to wait until they release the next gen updates and the big patch thatll come with it, I dont wanna play it again just now and then they go and make it a substantial amount better sometime next year.

Ah i know some people werent happy with the remaster, To be fair, it was a remaster and not a remake so i kinda knew prior to launch it was gonna be a lick of paint and few extras graphically, But it didn't look that bad and it wasnt quite a GTA trilogy effort, They didnt kill the dog thankfully, just made it look different a tad with some nice improvements, whereas the latter 100% killed the dog and even possibly ran it over a few times to make sure xD.
I would so so so play through the 3 ME games again should they ever reMAKE it to current gen standards eg ray tracing etc.

The Dead Space remake is one i cannot wait for it, But im not holding my breath for an entirely next gen experience, im expecting something more than Bioware did with ME but not that much more.

I think you are right we could wait forever, this Alyx is just not the same. Still if you like playing HL1 and HL2. there are plenty of mods to play, mind you some are good some bad and some don't work. I have done abbot 200+

Yeah, racing games are unplayable for me on mouse and keyboard. I greatly prefer using my XBox 360 controller and get annoyed with a game if I can't. The exception is World of Warcraft which I think is too complicated for a controller. As to the Witcher series, 3 is actually easier to play mechanics-wise than 2 is. I absolutely loved 3 and I still haven't finished 2.

Well i went back and re-installed CyberPunk, Seems to run a bit better now too overall, First playthrough i wasnt able to get RT on without dropping to 1080p and thats just a no no for me on a 4k monitor, 1080p doesn't look great when it aint native, But anyway, Running at 1440p with RT shadows and RT reflections on, Lighting costs way to much on my puny 2070super xD Only thing that bugs my head, Is in cyberpunk DLSS is pretty much a nailed on needed setting, atleast for me trying to hit 60, My issue is when using it on resolutions lower than 4k, For example running 1440p with DLSS on quality is 66.6% of the res so that would be 1707x960 and balanced is 1485x835. It really hurts my brain that im upscaling 960p upwards xD

I don't have an NVidia card or an AMD card that supports DLSS. The game still looks great to me and runs without hitch. You can see my system specs (system one).

I bought God of War recently and installed it. I've not even started it, though. Still playing and enjoying The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim replay still!
