Its under tools > Options > Appearance >Themes > add more themes button > Office 2003 Blue Theme
You can also do the ribbon interface too in the apps by opening writer for example, clicking view > user interface and choose tabbed.

And if you want to work in "Office" mode you need to make sure the filename extensions match MS Office
Tools > Options > Load/Save > General > Default file settings and ODI format > then
- Document type > Text etc > change Always save as to (choose one of the Word versions you want files saved as - doc or docx)
- Do the same for spreadsheets saved as Excel (.xls or .xlsx)
- and you can do the same for Presentations to be saved as PowerPoint ppt or pptx
But for basic simple personal office type work from home, can't fault this freebie.

You can make a pretty good approximation of MS Office using the Tabbed user interface. You need to remove a couple of 'extras' that LibreOffice has on the Home tab to get it all to fit neatly. Customise the Notebookbar and select the Home tab as the Target to do that. These are the ones I un-ticked.

When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update, and 24H2 on 3rd October 2024 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 24H2.

Yes I did and there's nothing in there named "Office 2003 Blue Theme".
I opened up both the writer and the regular LibreOfficePortable app and that theme isn't in there.
Maybe the theme was removed, perhaps?

I did. Your option 'Appearance' between 'Security' and 'Accessibility' does not exist in my Options, instead I have 'Personalisation' and 'Application Colours', neither of which have an option to choose the Office 2003 Blue Theme.

I have resolved it. Themes are new for LibreOffice 25.2....I have no idea then. I downloaded the latest version of libreoffice and it works for me

When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update, and 24H2 on 3rd October 2024 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 24H2.
