It wasn't me and yes there are files listed as Update on page 2. I did it the old fashion way and actually scrolled down.Again, no. Under 22H2, searching using "Windows 10, version 1809" (without quotes) turns up only "Feature Update...".
You said it yourself, file that begin with "Feature Update..." aren't full blown ISOs

Edit: When you clicked on the Windows 10 button on the main page you didn't see the 1809 option?
