Where to find learning course for foreign language ?

Hello,

I need to translate documents written in Arabic into my own language , But I never had any interaction with this language before. I don't need to interact with anyone, just be able to read, understand and translate the documents in my own language. Where can I find the courses that I can use on my PC to learn Arabic.

This is kind of extremely important. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
