OS
Windows 11 24H2 (26100.2033)
I joined the Insider Program on 3rd Sep and updated to 24H2 from 23H2, then I have selected to stop getting preview builds (Queued for unenrollment) before the official release of 24H2 but even after updating to October 8, 2024—KB5044284 (OS Build 26100.2033) release, it looks like I am still on Release Preview channel.

So why I am not unenrolled from the Insider Program?

That could be because 24H2 has yet to be on general release via Windows update?

That is the case of the major build number is ahead of the release build number, but you should be able to leave when the RP major build number coincides with the Release build number.
