I just searched for what you were looking for and found the answer on Stack Overflow within 3 seconds, as the others have said, search engines are as good as the queries used. I would recommend removing any "fluff" like "how to" and "what" and just search using the target terms.
For example, I used DuckDuckGo with:
Code:sql server list all stored procedures
Microsoft Bing yields the same Stack Overflow result with the same search criteria. It's as others have said, search engines are only as good as the queries used.
