Most things on the "Performance" tab are unique (to me - I haven't been able to find them) to Wintoys. Plus, I do prefer the layout to Wintoys over Winaero.

Though I will admit that I have both tweakers on my systems, I use WINEARO most of the time these days (and while I am being honest about it, I have Microsoft's Powertoys as well).
