Windows 11 (24H2) Icon???

What is the icon that shows up on the upper left side of the Windows (C:) icon. The icon is question is four, small, blue squares similar to the Search icon the task bar.
Why is it on by the Windows (C:) icon (see attached image)? What does it mean?

The reason is you could have another disk labeled "Windows" because it come from a dual-boot install, was disk cloned, or you removed it from a different system. Users might get confused to which drive is the live System.
