Windows 11 24h2 wake from sleep issue

Has any one experienced an issue that if the monitor goes to sleep while a game is open, if you wake the monitor the image will be frozen but you can move the mouse. Minimizing the game and reopening it fixes the issue. This also occurs if youtube was at the foreground when the monitor went to sleep
