I am looking for advice please on USB Bluetooth adapters that are compatible with windows 11 ARM 64 OS.

There are Bluetooth USB adapters available for Windows but have to check if they support ARM, a place to start:

I am using the Mac to host windows 11 ARM 64 as guest virtual machine using VMware fusion 13.6
So the spec are as per MacBook Pro M4 pro chip - 40 gb (the VM is allocated memory and disk space as required)
Windows 11 arm 64c works well in this environment. But my Tp-link BT usb adapter is not performing well.

Just have to look at a possible item and check the descriptions/specifications of what they support. Pay attention to the details, most such dongles require disabling any onboard/built-in adapter.

Your MAC OS host is handling the network traffic for the VM.
I am assuming that Fusion is similar to VMPlayer or VMWorkstation in Windows.
If that doesn't work for you, your question might get more traction on the Apple or Broadcom forum.
