Hi guys,

My PC keeps regularly crashing with a BugCheck and rebooting. I'm hoping someone can help analyse why this is happening?

Many thanks in advance.

Firstly, thanks for your response.
  1. This is a headless PC so I'm a little concerned about running "wmic recoveros set autoreboot = false" - I'm assuming that this leaves the BSOD on screen and the PC doesn't reboot?
  2. OK
  3. Done
  4. ASRock Beebox Series
  5. The PC is running the latest BIOS firmware (P1.70)
Is there a particular driver which is causing this issue? I tried running Windbg on the dump files but I couldn't find anything of value?

wmic recoveros set autoreboot = false reduces the likelihood of a missed BSOD as the BSOD error message remains on the monitor.

After the troubleshooting has completed it can be modified to a preferred setting.

Windbg is pointing at the The Network Driver as the trigger point. The NIC did disconnected shortly before the crash happened.

I see you have the latest drivers from Microsoft - which used the lasted intel drivers for that specific NIC. So you could also try the latest drivers released by Asrock for that mobo: https://www.asrockind.com/en-gb/N3150-NUC IPC (there's also a newer BIOS but stick to NIC drivers for start).

Also, your system is struggling with the power modes - low profiles in particular. If the BSOD persists - you should take it to a local service to check the Motherboard for issues - same goes for the PSU. Could be caused by power-spikes from a faulty component.
