Windows 11 context menu not displaying correctly

I had this "bug" on previous installation.

Today i decided to do full clean install. And right after new installation i get same bug that i cant figure out what causes it?

I have latest drivers for my system, latest graphic drivers (RX6800XT).

And as i said installation is fresh from clean install.

When i right click on icons in desktop or even files or folders in explorer i get this bug in context menu not displaying correctly mostly top right corner is missing.


Its completely random. Sometimes is displayed normal but often its not.

What could cause this?

I am on Win11 24H2 with all updates installed.


Sfc and dism check/restore does not help.

Try the Adrenalin Edition first, if it doesn't install (I have seen that in some systems), try the Pro Edition.

Latest. I am usin DDU to clean install drivers.
Also i found out its happening with onboard graphics card too (i5 14600k).

So its not graphics card or drivers. Strange.

Could try the context menu that does not have the "Show Options".
Can always change it back to what you have now as there is disable or enable in the tutorial.

I have seen this bug when accessing my computer remotely from AnyDesk, but never locally, so I assume it is a glitch of AnyDesk not related to your case. Do you have any customization utility? Try disabling it. You may also try disabling the visual effects such as transparency, fades and animations.

Not musch software as os install is new. Pretty much stock with few additional software (libre office, vlc, paint.net, gimp...).
No customization utility.
Where is the point of disabling visual effects?
