I wonder whether Windows 11 or the AMD chipset drivers need to be patched, or whether Aida needs to be updated?
The AMD chipset and the MS patches were as up-to-date as possible, in both cases.
I purposely didn't update AIDA64, in case AMD or MS, tried to... buy/threaten them off.
Which seems to have been a good choice. Note the release date on the ONLY version released since the version I'm running.

Patch Tuesday was Oct 12th. Then exactly one week later, AIDA64 comes out with a new version.
That seems like a huge coincidence to me.
We're talking about a tiny company (AIDA64) vs. two huge companies. AMD and MS.
If AMD or MS says jump... AIDA is gonna say how high?
Yes, I could be overly paranoid. However, I saw the same sort of ruckus with benchmark software when the AMD bulldozer and piledriver chips didn't live up to their marketing. I owned a 4170 and an 8350 CPU.
Once bitten, twice shy. Here's a screenie of the email I got concerning the AMD FX 8350 class action lawsuit.
I received a whopping $32 for having purchased one of these CPUs. I spent it all in one place... :)
I've been an AMD CPU fan boy since 2004.

About 4 months after this check, I got another one for ~$1.75 LOL
The class action suit won 12.1 million dollars. After the lawyers grabbed most of it, we only got $32.00.
We were supposed to get up to $300.00
Keep in mind that I wasn't involved in bringing this suit.
First I heard of it was the email, and then because I had purchased an FX-8350, I got a check.
Moral of the story: Whenever you buy a computer part, make sure to register it at the manufacturer's website.
