No matter which modding tool you use, W7 won't allow integration of W10 or 11 updates disabling Features on Demand, or Appx package removals. This restriction is based on have a host platform which supports W10 DISM. Neither W7 or8 will do.

If all you want to do is to remove extra ISO images, Windows components, or to customize Unattended mode and tweak reg settings, then some modding tools will happily work on W7. One workaround is run W10 inside a VM, and create images from there.

The easiest way to find that out is to run the program. You don't have to command it to do anything, just close it if you are not happy with it.

But, to answer your question, it's a batch file so it uses DOS commands.

And in order to do that, you need to follow @garlin 's recommendations, which may involve running Win10 in a VM in order to complete your custom ISO.

Creating the ISO in Win 7 may fail.

Thanks for confirming that it fails in Win 7.

Now, fire up a Win 10 or 11 Virtual Machine and use the program inside Win10 or 11 in order to create your custom ISO.

Again i don't want to run any virtual machine.
As i mention before the pc is not so powerful.
And i simply want to remove some features at the win11 iso file like languages, no internet switch, some versions of win11 e.t.c.

Then clearly you do not want to create a custom ISO.

You have NO other alternative, because the task cannot be completed in a Win7 environment.

Go to C:\ drive and delete the Modwin directory and it's contents.

NTLite on W7 will allow you remove unwanted W10/11 image editions. Free edition will allow you to remove extra languages, but you still can't add new Language Packs because it's not W10 or higher.

But if you're opposed to it, I don't see many W7-based options.
