Windows 11 iso customize programs

Only that? Simply delete the modwin folder?
And why the "ntlite" program can do anything at win7? If these you tell was true then neither "ntlite" can do that.
And i don't want to add anything only remove and add some registry function like no internet/mail

Yes, simply delete the folder. The installer is hard coded to create that folder and to populate it. It does not use the Windows installer at all.

As @garlin pointed out, NTLite cannot do everything you want in Win7, but it will allow some tasks to complete.

The best advice would be to run NTLite in a Win 10 or 11 VM.

I would recommend you use Virtual Box to create the VM, it is easy to use and it is free.

Free alternative to NTlite, have a look at win toolkit.. Download Win Toolkit - MajorGeeks
I know this one work to customize win10 ISO's and win8 ISO's, i have not tried it on win11 ISO.

Anyburn will allow you to mount an iso, add, modify or remove files and then save as a new iso. Is that something you might use?

Yes but these two program simply edit any iso file(Even win11 iso) doesn't remove any language or any version of win11 at this same iso file.
Doesn't inform you which files are the languages and which folders are the different versions of win11 at the same iso file.

So both programs is useless for the reason i want.

OP's sole justification not to use pc with Windows 10 as it is not powerful enough to run a vm.

Solution is dead simple - create a dual boot pc with Windows 10 (best option is to use a native boot virtual hard drive).

Hey Gregory,

Have you had a look at Win ToolKit It will run in Win7. When you first start it, you will land on the Basic tab.
I think what you're after is the Advanced tab, it will ask you to load a WIM file, that you want to customise.
Once you have selected the WIM file, Win ToolKit will mount the file to edit. It's totally GUI and is very easy to use,
just put a tick in the boxes, for the components you don't want to install.

Just a reminder, if you want to customise Win10, you will need to use the ESD manager, under the Tools tab...
Imaging... ESD manager. This will export install.esd to a WIM file for editing. It will take some time, so be patient.
