Windows 11 Password

I have Windows 11 on my new HP Envy notebook. I had a pin number and then wound up having a password that I can't remove no matter what I try. I am the only one using this notebook and it is always in a secure location no need for this annoying password can it be removed I think it my be when I installed Office 365 it had me setup a MS account.
Maybe it can't be removed any help will be appreciated.
Better also state I have an email address I signed up to windows and it will for some reason not get the MS code that always wants to be sent. I did add my secondary email address to my MS account but every time it wants to send that code it always uses the email address that will not get the MS code.

Just a guess, but I think the only codes I've received (and there have been several) from MS have been sent by text to my cell phone. If you supplied a phone number when you set up your MS account, the codes could be going to Messaging or Messages on your phone.

(Or to MS Authenticator, if you have that on your phone.)

Try to login to your Microsoft account with the last password you remember My Account
If you forgot your password press the Forgot Password Button and Microsoft will ask you your security questions, or if you synced your account with your smart phone, it will send you a code, or you can use the Microsoft Authenticator app for your smartphone Download and install the Microsoft Authenticator app - Microsoft Support
Here you can reset your password.
