Windows 11 Stable

Also, allegedly, Windows 11 24H2 has changed the install process. When you clean install 24H2, during the update process it will add any builds made available since the ISO build you’re installing with.

You could start with Build 2033 and end up with Build 3775 by the time the install process has finished.

I could be wrong, I’m sure someone knows better and can correct me.

24H2 will attempt to force a mandatory update in OOBE, to the latest Patch Tuesday monthly update that's available. This is done to make sure you have the latest security fixes before you even log on. The drawback is you may be sitting around for several minutes while it's processing.

If you create a newer ISO from UUP dump, it might skip this step because the version is already current.

You have two choices: use UUP dump to create an updated ISO, which tends to take a long time to build; or use the standard MS ISO, and wait a long time for Windows to update itself. Depends on if you rather sit around before doing the Windows install, or afterwards.
