Yes. Microsoft showed them as a banner on Twitter (about 2/3 weeks ago), and all Twitter (also me) asked them (under their post) to release them as a wallpaper pack. They did it today on Twitter.
I didn't download all genres! Every pack is about 100 MB. I'll download all of them tomorrow morning (I am going to sleep, here is 10:10 pm). I would share the best of them here.

I found Windows11 wallpapers/backgrounds in different colors online! I choose the pink! It also displays the File Explorer title bar with a shade of the background color, then match the color for the accent color in personalization to display in Start and Taskbar. I found the hex code but it doesn't appear as exactly the same color in all locations. If you use Google browser then choose to use the default color in its' personalization settings which will display close to the taskbar color in Windows.

Yeah! A new headache on Reddit since a week ago! I am an active member there, but I'm not in!

Most (almost all) of the WP (=Wallpaper) websites (which provide WP to download) make a copy of the original WP, and by doing that, they make the quality worse. Most WPs with a gradient in these websites have awful banding problems, but their original file has no such problem.

Ya, I deleted that post when I saw it won't link to the reddit site. Just use any picture you have or find something online. I also googled WIN11 backgrounds and found some I like.

Windows 11 doesn't allow you to use some specific HEX colours because of text to text's background colour contrast ratio issue (black or white text legibility on a specific colour)!

I can enter the hex color but it appears as a different shade of that color. My File Explorer title bar, Start Menu and Taskbar are all hex C239B3, but don't all display the same color.

The Taskbar colour (HEX) code is under Windows 11 control (not under user control). AFAIK it makes colours a bit more saturated and a bit darker to provide better: Taskbar to Taskbar icons contrast:

#1: Title bar colour = Hue 307, Saturation 71, Brightness 76
#2: Taskbar colour = Hue 306 (almost the same colour tone), Saturation 77 (more saturation), Brightness 50 (less brightness/darker)

I think he's referring to the Bloom dark wallpaper collection that the blue Bloom wall was part of. Here's the link; Bloom Dark - 5K Wallpaper Pack by dpcdpc11 on DeviantArt
Sadly it looks like you have to purchase them now. I had free promotional offers for all the collections but liked them so much I donated to some of them anyhow. I have seen a few individual ones on other wallpaper sites available for free download. If you search for Bloom wallpapers you'll probably find them.
