This pc doesn't meet windows 11 system requirements after trying to download the new update. I'm getting no updates now. I'm on Win11, and the last updates were February this year.

Which as far as I know is correct. I think the next update will be the 2nd Tuesday of the month of March.

Please fill out your system specs properly:


Also, type “Winver” into Windows Search and post what version and build of Windows OS you’re using.
In the same format as this example: Windows 11 Pro 23H2 Build 22631.4974

If you like, you can post it in your System Specs where it says “OS”

Updating Win 11 23H2, to Win 11 24H2, on "unsupported machine", requires specific process.

This process works, and I have even verified it on VMs.

Yes, of course..

I assume, only people with time to waste, are trying to run Win 1124H2, on non SSE4.2 cpus.

Personally think Win 1123H2, belongs in the MS Hall of fame, along with Excel, MS Word, and Windows 2000.

24H2 from what I tried and keep reading about, belongs in the Microsoft Hall of Blame.

Tried my crystals ball - but my psychics abilities seem to be failing me. Help us, help you... by actually mentioning your computer specifications (Motherboard and CPU model in particular - being the most relevant in this case).

And... what exactly are you asking? Windows 11 build 23H2 is still supported and updated by Microsoft. So are you asking - why no updates for build 23H2 or... do you wanna install 24H2?
