Yes, indeed. Very useful to know for those who have to deal with multiple drives. I'll probably never look at a USB stick the same way again. Plus that "Windows to Go" thing Jimbo recommended is looking more feasible by the minute! :-)

    I own too many laptops: A Dell touch screen with Windows 11 and 6 others (not counting the other four laptops I bought for this household.) Being a PC builder I own many desktop PCs as well. I am a father of five providing PCs, laptops, and tablets for all my family, most of which I have modified, rebuilt, or simply built from scratch. I do not own a cell phone, never have, never will.
I have created a Windows-to-Go installation on a small SATA 2.5" disk connected to a SATA-to-USB adapter. I have installed many diagnostic utilities to troubleshoot and repair Windows 10. I also have some free space for customer backup. It was based on Windows 10 and I would boot the disk to test Windows 10 compatibility in old systems before installing locally. To be compatible with as many as possible old systems I have installed Windows 10 32-bit. The only disadvantage is that I cannot normally upgrade to a new Windows 10 build.

Yes. I will have to put that on my list of "To Do" projects as some of the PCs here still use Win 10. I don't do much in the way of repairs for clients these days as most people use laptops or tablets and that stuff is just too tiny for me to work on anymore. Gov has sent me my papers for official retirement a second time and I'm a little reluctant to fill them out but I suppose I should. So now most of my service is for friends or family although I just finished repairing a laptop for someone yesterday because I was their last resort: A nice little leather bound laptop. ASUS made some pretty decent units back in those days.

Well, Rohn 25G is a little bit like a ladder. I'm glad I'm out of the business, since the Rohn tower company closed up shop, some years ago.

Used Rohn tower is still out there, for sale, if you can find it. I was tickled silly to get just two sections for my little 2M FM antenna.
It was on a lot being cleared for a new home, and I got it for FREE!

When I first got Lucy (Gracie's cat) she was a small kitten. She went up a very tall oak tree. It was just before dark thirty, and I didn't want to call the fire department that late in the day, so I left her up there (no choice) and hoped for the best. Next morning, she was waiting at the front door.

BTW, Gracie is my Chihuahua/Terrior dog. :-)

LOL Hey, I'm not the one selling it. If you want to go on GOOGLE and hunt for pictures of the thing go right ahead.

All I remember is that it was a very popular 5/8 wave antenna back in its day and it used a huge ground plane.
