Windows can't see external USB drive if it wasn't properly ejected

I tried on my desktop where i have AVG Free and it wasn't flagged. It seems to be able to forcibly eject a drive even if the standard procedure fails, is this right? My PC has been behaving, I haven't had any occurrences of un-ejectable drives since I installed ProEject, so I still haven't had a chance to test its ejecting power!

It will check and close any programs that may be stopping the USB drive from ejecting. I can't say it will solve your problem or not. It's worth a try though.

I only use it when Windows won't release my drives and I know that they aren't being used. So far it's never caused any problems.
