Put these together for use on a few systems and thought I would add them here in case anyone else wants them.
Paste the code into Notepad and Save the code as a .bat (choose "All files (*.*)" from the dropdown)
Enable Windows Fax and Scan (Legacy) and add shortcut to Start Menu > All Apps list
Disable Windows Fax and Scan (Legacy) and remove shortcut from Start Menu > All Apps list
