Asking for more information is not harassment, it must be kept in mind that the only time 2 computers are the same is when they are on the seller's shelves so the questions are more about what the computer is that is having the problem. There is no point in keeping the user's computer details secret, someone somewhere in the world probably is using the same programs and maybe having the same issues. That's hard to say if sufficient information is not supplied.
