OS
Windows 11
It started when I used to get a warning of low memory in the Windows partition. Then one day it just wont boot. The only thing is BSOD.
I tried Automatic repair but would get the error "Automatic repair couldn’t repair your PC". Uninstall updates didn't work. For the system restore, I don't remember that I had made a restore point.
Then I tried to copy the boot records, and gave me memory is full.
I have read about booting with a Bootable Windoows Instalation disk, but didnt try that yet. What do you think is the best way forward to fix it ?

1) Find two flash drives (> or = 8 GB) that you can format or repurpose the first flash drive after completing the first test.

2) Find a working Windows computer.

3) On the working windows computer create tools that you can use on the problematic computer.

4) Move the bootable Sea Tools flash drive to the applicable port on the problematic computer and boot to the flash drive

5) Run Sea Tools Bootable > take pictures > post images or share links into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive
(run the Sea Tools Long Generic test)

6) Create a bootable Windows 11 Media Creation Tool (MCT) (Windows 11 iso)

7) If the Sea Tools Long Generic test displays fails then replace the disk drive

8) If the Sea Tools Long Generic test displays pass then continue with the steps below

9) Move the bootable Windows 11 MCT to the applicable port on the problematic computer and boot to the flash drive

10) Perform windows custom install:

Sorry guys for late report. Sea tools wouldn't boot on my problematic laptop, instead it will boot into the recovery mode or at other times it would get stuck in DELL SupportAssist OS Recovery . I suspected that the issue is with the Bootable USB, so I created it again. Then I created it again on another USB. Do I need to make a change in the Boot sequence ? On the other hand Sea tools USB works just fine on my working computer.

Should I proceed with booting from the Windows 11 MCT ?

. the SeaToolsBootable just didn't load, and couldn't figure out why, Then I gave up for a while.
Then went to the Windows 11 Media Creation Tool and since I had to build knowledge from the ground up l and I ran into a rabbit hole.
One try that failed was to do a BCD edit which gave the error 'There ia not enough space on Disk.'

I ran a preboot diagnostic tests (both the quick and the advanced) and both were successful.

I left the whole thing for a while. And from time time I would try fixes from you tube, I came back to SeaToolsBootable, made a fresh USB drive. And test it on my HP x360 i5, it booted well and was successful in testing the drive on it. But when I use it on my problematic DELL 7306 laptop it failed to boot so I set the boot order to USB first and turned off the secure boot. At first it looked like to was going to work and user infterface loaded but it continued to load the rest of the program it got stuck in the commend window which I am attaching. It did the same in a perfectly working DELL i7 laptop. Do I need to change a certain setup in the BIOS page for the DELL's to get the SeatoolsBootable working?

Find a computer with an empty drive bay or HD enclosure.

Backup any important files and test the drive:

GSmartControl
HD Tune
HD Sentinel
etc.

Yes this is the next step I will do, but have to set up the gear to open the laptop and transfer the drive into an enclosure that I will buy.

Meanwhile I tried fixing the boot using Windows installation media on USB. I have included some photos of the result.

Bootrec /fixmbr : operation successful.
Bootrec /fixboot : gives (an Access denied). Does this means a successful operation ?
Bootrec /rebuildbcs: Total identified Windows installations: 0 : What does this tell me about my windows/BCD ?
Bootrec /scanos : Successfuly scanned windows installations. But Total identified Windows installations =0
chkdsk c: /f /r : free disk space is complete. windows has scanned the file system and found no problems. No further action is required.

Thanks a lot @zbook for all the leads. I bought an enclosure, fixed the ssd drive in it and finally was able to test it using the laptop that was able to run SeaTools.
The drive passed successfully all the tests in Sea-tools Basic test except the SHORT DRIVE SELF TEST (FAILED)

The test results in the screenshot in the links below. Next, I will download HD TUNE and run the tests on the drive.

These are screenshots of the HDSentinel test. As can be seen from the test Drive health is 99% and there aren't errors. However drives E,F,G and H size and free space are all marked with a question mark. What does that indicate ?

I attempted to download HDtune, the free version as I didnt want to pay the $35 for the Pro version. But free version doesnt support Windows 8.1 , which is the what I am working on on my functional laptop.
Supported operating systems: Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7.
