I am trying to troubleshoot slow boot on my PC using this process:

While the Fast Startup assessment is an easy way to get measurements in an easy to read report, it requires you to install the ADK, which takes some time to execute.

I have set up everything according to the instructions. When I start WPR, I get the following message:
