Windows Photo Viewer - can someone share their Start Menu shortcut file?

Windows 10 Windows Photo Viewer

How do I enable Windows Photo Viewer used in Windows 8.1 in Window 10 Preview? The newer version in Windows 10 preview doesn't have a zoom feature which I use all the time.

Generally, I like "minimal" better, and I'm never really sure how much space folks have.
If they like... they can always switch to a "fatter" version.

Ultimate Windows Tweaker is portable. Just unzip it and run the exe. The first clip shows where to initialize the Window photo viewer. To view photos, right click on the first one, select Show more options and Preview on the next screen. The Tweaker program works great in W10. Use at your own risk in W11.

My Browser is Vivaldi and by default acts as a photo viewer if you choose it for all formats. I have a lot of .webp files and they display very clearly in Vivaldi. I usually use VLC but since upgrading to 11 I have had issues with VLC which I never had in 10. So here's a screenshot of Vivaldi's display. The only downside is there's no editing in Vivaldi but all you have to do is screenshot the image and put it into an editor. That's simple.
