WinPE not seeing SK hynix 1TB SSD

I am trying to image a Dell Latitude 7450 with a custom Windows 11 22H2 image.
The laptop has an SK hynix 1TB SSD
The drive shows up in the bios and it shows it found the correct driver.
The problem is once WinPE starts it does not see the drive even though I have injected the storage drivers.
I have tried the drivers from the Win 11 driver pack, the WinPE driver pack as well as the Storage driver for this system based on the Service tag number.
But every time I try to boot from the WinPE Environment, I get the error message that no hard drive is found.
I tried versions from 17 to 20 with now luck.
The bios is the most current version.
Is there another way to load the needed driver?
If I do a USB stick build for win 11 and setup tells me the hard drive cannot be found and allows me to load the driver it does take the driver that I injected into the Wine Image, so I know I have the correct file, but even though the file is being injected into the WinPE image, the drive cannot be found.
Any suggestions or direction would be greatly appreciated!
