Win 11Pro v22H2 build 22621.2428
I upgraded my PC to a Gigabyte X670 Aorus Elite AX with an AM5 AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D and 48G DDR5 7000 memory. I signed on to my Microsoft account to make sure my Win 11 Pro was activated and that I could see my new device. All was fine.

However, when I try to launch any of my XBOX Game Pass games, I get the error:

CLiP license ID does not match the device ID in the bound device license.

I reset the store: wsreset.exe but that didn't help. Uninstalled and reinstalled a game but that didn't help.

I did notice one thing a couple of hours after I powered on my upgraded PC in that the PC time was about 12 hours ahead of the actual time. I reset the time in the BIOS and also stopped/started Windows Time. Don't know if this is part of the issue or not.

Any ideas?
