When I go to advanced options I only have 2 options "Startup Settings" and "UEFI firmware Settings" Is there any other way that I can bring up command prompt?

If you have no password option, Only thing I know to try in that case is Enable hidden administrator account from command prompt at boot Option 5 here

Restart, You will see 2 users. Login to the administrator account. Admnistrator desktop will be created. and try Option 2 (bat file) here Remove PIN from Account in Windows 11 Tutorial

If you are able to get back into your account disable the administrator account using option #1 in that first tutorial.

What happens when you click on "Set up my PIN" below that message?
It just sets there spinning like it's going to do something then bounces right back to the same page.

Please elaborate. Option 5 in that tutorial I referenced included a link for the ways one can open command prompt at boot. Which of the 2 listed methods did you try, booting from iso or recovery? What was the response of the system when you attempted it?

I've attempted to open cmd prompt using windows+r, and it will not open. I do not have a USB to make a recovery. I didn't see another way to open cmd prompt. When I shut down and reboot holding shift I still have no way to open it. It's like I only have part of the normal options that should be available.

Can't you use your full password instead to get in?
A Notebook from Dec. '23 and a Notebook from last month both setup with Microsoft Account but without asking for a Password, only needed a PIN for login. Neither would allow a Local Account until after fully set up. The newest tried to Upgrade to 24H2 but failed, had to do a reinstall and same thing, no Password. Version 24H2 seems to be working fine. 24H2 automatically sets up Bitlocker on the drive but does not give or ask for a passcode.

@Roxy I believe the shift +F10 works to access command prompt only when booting from Windows installation media?

The way I see it, you have very few options.

If you are unable to use recovery environment AT ALL, it indicates WINRE is corrupted in some way so this option won't work. If only accessing command prompt is what is not working and you can get into recovery's other functions , you can attempt a system reset and remove everything but all your data will be lost. If you have bitlocker/device encryption turned on you may be required to provide your recovery key. Doing a "reset and keep my files" WILL NOT work in this case.

You can do a clean install using Windows installation usb drive. This would be my preference.

Before a reset and remove everything or clean install, I would reset the TPM from within UEFI bios. .

If you have a system image, you can restore it to see if it gets you back into a working state. (but it may not if its the TPM that's at fault) However, depending on what application you used to create the image, you may can recover your personal files by mounting the image after Windows is back up and running. Again, you may be required to provide a BL/device encryption key.

Thank you I believe I can still get into bios so I will attempt to reset TPM and see what happens. Thank you
