Thanks again Steve I'll give that a go. It's looking like I'm going to have to jump ship from Virgin and try another email program maybe Thunderbird like you say. I'm hoping that I can still import my old emails across as that will be a lot to lose. Regards

Just a quick itty bitty update. As RTeeL & Porthos have suggested I will open a support ticket as from what RTeeL has written I seem to have exactly the same thing as happened to him. I expect the support team to update my KEY like they did for RTeeL. Best
