Unless you have a Processor made by ARM, download the other one, the x64 one.
ARM Processors are not common.
You can check using any of the common utilities that list your Processor type such as:-
Settings, System, About - Processor entry
Settings, System, About - Processor entry.png
I choose the x64 one because I have an AMD Processor.
I would also choose the x64 one if I had an Intel Processor.

Or, someone might do what I did at 4AM this morning....
I downloaded Windows 11/Pro/64, 24H2 , burned it to a Flash Drive with the ver. of Rufus that came in the package, then installed it to a spare HD. All that took less than an hour. Now it's all set up and running GREAT, and FAST too!

Thanks for the help and advice offered so far. I ran the KB5027397 Enablement Package for Windows 11 version 23H2 and it looks like this has worked. When I run Winver is shows 23H2 but 'Get Windows updates as soon as they are available' is still greyed out. I then ran the Reset Windows Update Tool suggested by Freebooter but it is still greyed out. Any other suggestions?

You haven’t filled out your computer specs to have members help you.

For future reference so members can better help you:

Please fill out your computer specifications.

And

Please type “Winver” into search on your PC and open it. Please type the version and build that it reports, into your “System Specs / OS” section (first on the list where you have placed “Windows 11”)

Did you have a look through this thread I gave you?

Get Latest Updates as soon as available in Windows 11 is greyed out

As the title said I can't press the button anymore, but it did allowed me to use it before, It saying it isn't available due to my policy organization, I did used apps like O&O ShutUp10++ and Winaero Tweaker, but I didn't turned off my WinUpdate aside from driver updates, moreover I've a laptop...

In the computer specs, where it says OS, could you add - Windows 11 23H2 Build 22631.3447

Then, hopefully, people will never have to ask. It’s something that you need to update sometimes monthly after an update. Doing this lets members know what build you have which should tell them which updates you have installed.

I think it deserves a new thread. Up to you, as this thread is named 23H2 update. A new thread with a title referring to the issue might be appropriate.

If you’re still getting offered updates, or see an update when you click check for updates, that is at least a good thing.
