Annoying and persistent Bluetooth connection issue

I'm having an issue using my Anker Bluetooth with Windows 11. Every time I restore my session (whether from Suspend or Hibernation mode) I cannot get my audio to play through my Anker without doing a combination of toggling Bluetooth on and off, disabling and re-enabling my Qualcomm Bluetooth driver and/or removing my Anker speaker and re-adding it. Sometimes, even doing any or all of those things doesn't fix the problem. That's why I'm here now - I can't get it to connect no matter what I do. I'm sick and tired of this. I shouldn't have to reboot my PC from scratch each and every time I want to use my Bluetooth speaker. As far as I know, I'm running the latest Bluetooth speaker and I've turned off the Power settings related to the Anker.
