My ISP will provide a static IP but it has a higher monthly charge. It's a bit cheaper to have a Domain on a Hosting service.

Yeah, I fall asleep quite easily, about ten or twenty times every night! But I rarely nap in the day so I must be getting enough sleep. I just can't find a comfy position where my hands don't go numb and tingly. I have a Tempur mattress which is OK. I'm only 69 1/2.

If you need a static IP over Starlink you could use a service like Core Transit. You will need to terminate an L2TP session to leverage the service. Perhaps us a Mikrotik router, etc.
