Are you using HDMI or DisplayPort? These two options can offer different Hz.

Apparently "60Hz" TV video is really 59.94Hz.

Maybe you'd get 60.00 with a DisplayPort interface.

I'm curious why you "need" 60Hz.

I'm on Display Port and my Windows settings say 59.97 and Nvida control panel says 60Hz.

let's see... who to trust... Nvidia or Microsoft. Nvidia for the win. :-)

Apparently "60Hz" TV video is really 59.94Hz.

Maybe you'd get 60.00 with a DisplayPort interface.

I'm curious why you "need" 60Hz.
Hi, because TV is 60hz and monitors are 59.95Hz, and when I move a video on VLC from one monitor to the TV, It start to get interruptions on the audio. So I go to the TV and I need to change TV resolution to 59.59 and the problem is fixed right away. But here is the issue, after some hours, the problem comes back again, then I need to go to the TV and change it again from 59.95Hz to 60Hz and the problem goes again

And thats a prpoblem, I have to change resolutions all the time. If I get 60Hz on both monitor and TV the problem will be fixed for god

Regards

The stuff I see online has that reversed from your post: NTSC video at 29.97 fps. Non-interlaced at twice that (59.94).

Maybe the suggestion to use DP rather than HDMI would help. I don't know. I'm using a DP connection, and my only refresh rate choices are 60Hz and 30Hz (at 3840 X 2160).
