Win 11 24H2
This developed post update to 24H2 and I'm perplexed as this wasn't happening pre since this new build in April. Since 24H2 update a few days ago I have tried installing the latest AMD chipset drivers as well as RealTek's very new drivers that may be related to this 24H2 update. I thought the chipset driver update may have fixed it but alas on my last flight it's back. I also did a clean reinstall of the latest NV driver for my GPU.

Hello @NoelCP and welcome to ElevenForum. :-)

I've given you ten points, just for filling out your computer specs. That's very helpful. ^^

You might try uninstalling the Realtek driver from Device manager, and rebooting, letting Win 11 install a driver.
Check Windows Update too.

Also, you might want to check if others are having audio issues with MSFS.

There's also an MSFS 2024.

I don't have or play MSFS, but I've had no audio issues after updating to 24H2.
And, I do have and play a lot of "old" games. The newest game I have installed at present... is from 2003.

There's also a new version of Visual C++ Runtimes all-in-one installer...
I don't think these have anything to do with audio... but it's a good idea to install them anyway.

Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 13 years?
Thanks, I have posted this on Avsim as well so hopefully someone will chime in. It must be a driver issue so sure I can try the default driver which I think I already did.

Cheers
