Battery power suggestions stuck after plugging in

While I was using the laptop at the airport, I got a suggestion pop-up from Windows that took me to a screen that gave suggestions to minimize power usage, like going into dark mode, but after plugging in hours later, the settings stuck. Unfortunately I don't remember the other ones but they were all fine during battery-only mode.

Now I'm not seeing how to get back to that screen. It suggested maybe 7 our of 11 or something like that to enable, where the others were already enabled.

I'm sure I can go through all of my Windows Settings to adjust everything the way I want, but I'd really like to find that one screen again.

Thanks. However, there doesn't seem to be a button to reset the settings to what they were before, or to have them only apply while not plugged in.

Manually adjusting things have caused some odd issues, like the taskbar being set to grayish white rather than the default Windows 11 color (some form of theme?), and not seeing a button to re-enable screensaver even though clicking through all looks normal except for the recommendation for it being enabled...

This is really frustrating. The power-saving screens anyway show random info for battery usage but they're all mixed together with plugged-in usage as well. Do I really have to go through Settings and manually "fix" things to be the way they were before taking these recommendations? Is there really no way to have battery-only recommendations/settings? I haven't changed much about my Windows 11 experience since installing it (the theme was the default), now it's all weird and apparently cumbersome to "reset".
