Totally agree. I wish people would take the trouble to write out instructions instead of doing a video,
Or you could just watch it and take notes. (y) ;-)

Sometimes, I'll watch it on my phone for reference.

I think my first cut will be with Rufus and see how it goes. Since this will be my backup computer, it just has to come to life if my main computer bites the dust. I can't afford to be without a computer if one bites the dust.
