Just a guess... BloatyNosy is only three weeks old. I think that may be your problem.
Try to restore from a backup... before BloatyNosy.

I would try GodMode folder instead. It also, has all the settings in one place.

1. Create a new folder on your desktop.
2. Name the folder.... GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
3. After you have named the folder, it will look like this...

Image1.png

If you don't want the GodMode folder.... you can just delete it. :-)

For uninstalling hard to remove Apps... REVO Uninstaller can uninstall anything...

I removed all the things with RED dots...
Get some Pernod avec de l'eau, and uninstall some things. :-)

Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 13 years?
It's one of those debloater programs that, if you don't know what you're doing, will mess you up. As @Ghot suggests restore an image or try system restore before you installed it.
According to this article you can restore default state from within the program if you have no backup. If that helps then remove it is my suggestion.

I read before apply fix. But, I think, there is something wrong, removing a lot of Windows store apps.

I want to make Windows more light... And remove main telemetry.

Your first issue is to get Window running normally again and get rid of that App. Once done you can start a new thread about handling telemetry. As for making Windows light I really don't know how much of a gain you get over time and if its worth it.

Use REVO Uninstaller (free) to remove the Apps you don't want. (See my post above).
Telemetry is impossible to stop. Even if you do... MS will just restore it.

To disable Telemetry....

Winaero Tweaker, has a check box to disable Telemetry...
You must be careful with Winaero Tweaker. Make a backup of Windows first.

Image1.png

Sometimes, after a Windows Update, you will need to open Winaero Tweaker and "Disable Telemetry" again.

I think BloatyNosy, is just too new. It probably still has some bugs.
