Bluetooth headset shown as connected, but is not available to play audio

You legend Jimmy, made an account just to say this, this worked, was losing years off my life trying to fix this

In my case, it was my speakers so "Hands free Telephony" isn't applicable.

However, navigating to services and turning off and on some of the Bluetooth services fixed the issue. It seems that the device just needs to be poked, then it will now be detected. I usually restart my PC to fix this, so having this solution makes it convenient.
