My PC will not find my bluetooth hearing aid device when clicking on Add a Device in the Bluetooth settings. I am certain that I am activating the pairing on my HA device. I have tried the troubleshooter, and it did solve the problem. I installed another driver from Microsoft, and that did not help either. Anyone know why it will not find the device.
