With that Stop 0x139, it might be worthwhile running Driver Verifier using the following instructions: BSOD - Driver Verifier Instructions [Official]
If that doesn't find anything then it might be worthwhile booting into Safe Mode w/ Networking and checking if the system crashes there. I have my suspicions about Cheat Engine (DBK64.sys / DBK32.sys).
