BSOD Last few weeks - Power draw issue?

Windows 11
Motherboard went out back in December, replaced everything (CPU/Mobo/Ram and fresh Win11 Install) except for PSU and GPU. So I'm leaning towards it being a power issue because it started recently (couple weeks ago) and randomly. (psu/gpu little over 5 years old) but hoping to narrow it down before i start throwing more money at it.

Only thing i can really confirm at this second is that it only happens when launching some games and it starts loading Shaders or similar (leads me to GPU) but since the CPU and motherboard are new makes me wonder if the power draw from my CPU throttling up is preventing my GPU from getting enough power since the psu has a few years on its belt and i know they get a bit weaker over time. (games ive experienced it so far, Apex, Dead by daylight, Bellwright, Ghost of Tsushima, Bodycam)

I will run through this when i get off work today.
For the swap test I'm assuming you mean changeout the CPU? if that's the case unfortunately i don't have another CPU of that socket on hand.

(there was a typo in post #2)

See if you can check various vendors for return / restocking fees to swap test a CPU.

Edit: apologies for any delayed responses or seemingly MIA. i work from 4am-4pm so i work all day and go to sleep early and will perform any repairs/tests when i get home.

Tuneup plus was good.

Most often software stress tests display pass when there is malfunctioning hardware (false negatives).

So swap testing is used to rule in or rule out malfunctioning hardware.

If you want to see if there are any stess test confirmations and have time these are the most frequently used for the CPU:

a) Prime95 > 3 hours
Post images or share links:
Temperature maximum
Continuous testing time
Any interruption due to BSOD

b) OCCT > multiple 1 hour tests
Post images or share links.

so. just tried running Prime95, Ran it 3 times and got these errors, all from "Worker 1" within a min or 2 of it running and max Temp of my CPU was 100c
